Nadiyah Skyy entered the entertainment industry modeling for Baby Phat, MAC Cosmetics & Tommy Hilfiger in her early teens. Her height and beauty made her stand out in a crowd. By 18 modeling and acting was a large part of her life and every job she landed was a chance for her professional and artistic personality to shine through. At the age of 21, she had already been featured in 8 blockbuster movies including Oscar winning “Ray”, “Waiting” & “Glory Road”.
Over the past few years SkyyΚΌs other talents such as her keen & creative eye, business savvy skills and love for music have come to the forefront. She is now the CEO of Palmyra Street Productions LLC, one of the premier production companies in New Orleans. With her partner and producer U-P, Skyy has been featured on songs such as “Shift it in Reverse” by Dappa, “In The Mix” by DJ Mike Swift, and “Dance the Night Away” by Laura Michelle. In addition to these recordings, she's also recorded "Sexy Beast" "Santa Baby", all of which have plenty of airplay.
After graduating from The Art Institute of Washington, Nadiyah returned to New Orleans with one goal in mind. That goal was to blow the competition away one project at a time. Since then, she has shot a a variety of projects, mostly music video, and her creativity never ceases. From here her gaol is to move forward and continue to shooting amazingly creative music videos, but also expand into shooting shorts and feature films.
